Where we ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or military addresses.

Shipping cost and timing

Tracked shipping is free for eligible orders. Allow 1–3 days for processing, followed by an estimated 7–20 business days in transit. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Tracking and separate parcels

Products ship directly from our fulfillment partners. An order containing multiple products may arrive in separate parcels. We will email tracking information when it becomes available; carrier scans may take time to update.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please check your address before paying. Email xiaolingtc@gmail.com promptly with your order number for changes, delays, damage, or missing items. We cannot guarantee address changes after processing begins. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and offer a refund for the affected items.
